What Happens in Your Consultation

Most people who book a consultation have already tried to fix something on their own. A new sofa. A paint color. A rug. And it still doesn’t feel right. That’s usually not a sourcing problem — it’s a spatial problem. Identifying it early is what keeps a project from becoming expensive and still unsatisfying.

The consultation is a working session. We come to your home, observe the space, understand how you live in it, and identify what’s creating the tension you’re feeling.

You’ll leave with a clear diagnosis of what isn’t working, directional guidance on layout and scale, material and finish direction, and an honest perspective on whether full-service design is the right next step for your home.

What You Leave With

Clear Diagnosis

A clear read on what isn’t working in each space we review — identified during the session, not after.

Layout Guidance

Directional advice on spatial flow, proportion, and furniture arrangement to resolve what feels off.

Finish Direction

Material, finish, and fixture direction where relevant — so you know exactly where to begin making changes.

Scope Clarity

An understanding of the scope of work a full project would involve and what it would take to execute.

Honest Perspective

Clarity on whether full-service design is the right next step for your project and your goals.

Virtual Option Available

Available remotely for clients in Las Vegas, Scottsdale, and beyond via video call with a space walkthrough.

“Not a presentation of what your home could look like — but a real conversation about what it needs to be.”

Who the Consultation Is For

The consultation is designed for homeowners who want an expert perspective before committing to a full project — and for those who genuinely don’t know where to start.

You don’t need a clear vision. You just need to know something isn’t working. We also serve clients for pre-purchase design assessment, new construction direction before finishes are selected, renovation scoping before permits are pulled, and vacation or second home projects.
