About This Project
This project began with an honest conversation. Our client — a successful executive with a busy professional life — had a beautiful condominium in the Juanita Waterfront area of Kirkland, but the interior no longer reflected who he had become. The furniture was college-era: practical, unloved, and entirely out of step with the life he was living. His lifestyle and financial circumstances had evolved significantly, but the interior had not followed. He wanted something different — a space that matched his sophistication and his personality — but he needed a partner to articulate what that could look like.
What we created for him was a space defined by rustic sophistication — an interior that carries warmth and texture alongside elegance, grounded in natural materials and confident in its restraint. It does not announce itself loudly, but it is unmistakably the home of someone who knows exactly who they are.
