In this lobby, contemporary design elements embrace natural light, elegant furnishings, and stylish geometric patterns. We understand the importance of first impressions in hospitality. Therefore, we designed the lobby to serve as the venue’s warm welcome. Not only does it introduce guests to the upcoming experience, but it also impresses them and communicates the brand’s essence. Our challenge was to ensure the lobby feels cozy while outlining the unique experience awaiting every visitor.
Functional Design in the Lobby Space
To boost functionality, we positioned the marble-clad reception area to face the elevators, making it a friendly and accessible welcome point. Moreover, we arranged seating near large windows to take full advantage of the stunning views and natural light. A new fireplace, located between the common area and the mailbox section, adds to the inviting atmosphere while clearly defining different zones.
Aesthetic Elements in the Lobby
The lobby design features smooth surfaces combined with 3D cladding, creating visual interest and a dynamic feel. We also met the client’s high standards by integrating curated artwork and soft lighting throughout the space. A striking golden mosaic made of mirrored tiles draws attention at the end of the lobby, complemented by a stylish console table and elegant globe light fixtures.

In conclusion, we achieved the perfect blend of style and function in the upgraded lobby. This design impresses guests and creates a memorable space that invites them to return.
