MIXED-USE COMMERCIAL BUILDING

Lynnwood

PORTFOLIO
Set amidst the vibrant heart of the city, this mixed-use building offers more than just offices and conference rooms; it’s a journey infused with emotions and palpable experiences. As you step through its doors, there’s an immediate magnetism – a synergy of light wood, contrasting black and orange accents, and luminous floors that seamlessly capture the essence of modern aesthetics.

You’re first greeted by an elegant, circular information desk, a testament to thoughtfulness in design. It subtly hints at what lies ahead, setting an anticipatory tone. Adjacent, a welcoming fireplace and a cozy seating nook, paired with a contemporary kitchen, evoke feelings of warmth and homeliness. It’s easy to imagine coworkers and clients gathering here, exchanging stories, gathering ideas, and making those ideas into reality.

An astute observer will notice the unique way materials are showcased, a nod to our client’s vision of blending simplicity with sophistication. Every sample, neatly displayed, feels like a tactile narrative – each texture, each hue, telling tales of artistry and meticulous craftsmanship.

Elevating the open office ambiance, abstract designs dance on the ceiling, punctuated by pronounced black beams. This design choice not only captures the eye but also encapsulates functionality. Storage, often overlooked, has been seamlessly integrated, symbolizing order amidst creativity.

But the crescendo of this design journey is undeniably the main conference room. A canvas of colors, where the boldness of orange beams intersects with the room’s walls and carpet, creates a space that is both vibrant and enveloping. It feels less like a room and more like an embrace, coaxing conversations and collaborations.

This project, for us at Ariana Designs, transcends mere design. It’s the culmination of passion, vision, and craftsmanship, blending functionality with aesthetics. Design is not just about spaces; it’s about the souls who inhabit them. We’ve poured ours into this; we hope you feel it too.
