Design Vision

We designed every conference room with a specific purpose in mind, yet they all share one thing: thoughtful layouts that encourage great work and creative thinking. Some rooms feature intimate settings for small strategy sessions, while others accommodate larger presentations with integrated technology and premium finishes. Additionally, we displayed carefully chosen art and curated furnishings throughout each space to inspire conversation. From executive boardrooms to creative workshop areas, we ensured each room felt distinct and professional. This variety lets teams find the perfect setting for their needs while maintaining our cohesive, premium design language.

Creative Details and Curated Decor

Rather than fill the space with generic office furniture, we selected pieces with character and history. Vintage racing memorabilia, antique typewriters, and thoughtfully curated artwork create visual interest and spark memorable conversations. These elements blend seamlessly with modern furnishings, creating a balanced aesthetic throughout. Furthermore, our mix of old and new reflects the building itself—honoring its past while embracing its future. This storytelling approach transforms the office from just a functional workplace into an inspiring environment that clients and employees genuinely remember.

Professional Amenities and Supporting Spaces

Beyond desks and meeting rooms, we designed a complete suite of supporting spaces that make a real difference. Our coffee bar keeps teams energized throughout the day, while professional copy stations handle administrative tasks efficiently. Additionally, we refinished bathrooms with premium finishes and created comfortable break areas to show employees they’re valued. Each amenity receives the same design attention as primary office areas. Consequently, people experience quality and care in every corner of the building, reinforcing your company’s commitment to excellence.

Outdoor Integration and Sustainable Aesthetics

We extended the office experience beyond walls with a beautiful exterior renovation and welcoming patio spaces. Our team gave employees access to fresh air and natural light, which genuinely boosts mood and productivity during the workday. Moreover, the outdoor areas provide a refreshing change of scenery when people need a mental break. Through upgraded HVAC systems and sustainable design choices, we ensured this 1921 building operates efficiently while respecting its historic significance. The thoughtful connection we created between interior and exterior spaces transforms the entire workplace into a setting where people want to spend their time.
